This empowering 2hour class is the introductory class before you are given the opportunity to join our monthly membership classes. This class is designed to teach women the basics of walking confidently and gracefully in high heels while improving posture and self-assurance. Through a blend of practical techniques and posture training, participants will learn how to:

Choose the right heels for comfort and style
Master balance and coordination while walking in heels
Improve posture for a taller, more confident stance
Enhance body awareness and fluid movement
Build inner confidence through mindset and presence

With hands-on guidance, mirror work, and real-time feedback, this class creates a supportive environment where women can build poise, strength, and elegance—both in heels and in life.

What should I wear and bring?

Please arrive 15minutes before the class is due to start. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. Please wear fitted activewear and bring with you a comfortable pair of court heels. (Any height you find comfortable) You may also bring multiple pairs of heels in case you wish to ch

What happens if I miss the class or cannot make it on the day?

If you miss the class or cannot make it unfortunately your ticket will be lost. You cannot transfer tickets to a later date.

Will I walk perfectly after this class?

This class will provide you with the knowledge you need to correct posture and apply the correct walk techniques however, the perfect walk comes with practice and corrects which you can get from our monthly sisterhood classes!
