Introductory InHeels Class 5th October

This empowering 2hour class is the introductory class before you are given the opportunity to join our monthly membership classes. This class is designed to teach women the basics of walking confidently and gracefully in high heels while improving posture and self-assurance. Through a blend of practical techniques and posture training, participants will learn how to:

• Choose the right heels for comfort and style
• Master balance and coordination while walking in heels
• Improve posture for a taller, more confident stance
• Enhance body awareness and fluid movement
• Build inner confidence through mindset and presence

With hands-on guidance, mirror work, and real-time feedback, this class creates a supportive environment where women can build poise, strength, and elegance—both in heels and in life.
