What do I need to do to prepare for initiation?

All that is required is a sincere desire to get initiated.

Is it necessary to attend the introductory lecture to get initiated?

We encourage that you attend the introductory lecture. Registering for the lecture also ensures that you will have a place for initiation as space is limited. If you are not able to attend the lecture but would like to get initiated, please contact the organiser.

Is it possible to attend only the initiation on Saturday as I am not free on the Sunday?

The initiation weekend programme is designed that you must attend both Saturday and Sunday. By the end of the weekend, you will be able to practise Kriya Yoga meditation by yourself.
