Introductory/ Refresher Training on the Warm Handover Referral Scheme

This session is suitable for all staff who are using the Warm Handover referral scheme, or would like to know how to make a referral. This session is limited to 10 people, and will cover the following:

• How to make and receive referrals

• Question and answer session

• Participants introducing themselves and their organisation
