Overview

Enjoy the benefits of relaxed, free-flowing movement during our introductory Tai Chi Qigong sessions aimed at people aged 50+.

As part of the Manchester Museum Age Friendly Programme, we have partnered with senior teacher Feixia Yu to host a series of introductory sessions in the Lee Kai Hung Chinese Culture Gallery.

Practising Tai Chi will provide you with an opportunity for boosting your wellbeing and learning more about the amazing Chinese health enhancement tradition.

Classes take place on Wednesday lunchtime between 12 and 12.50pm, on the following dates:
