About the Facilitators
Carly Brinkman is a trained holistic therapist and seasoned workshop facilitator with years of helping people reconnect to their intuition. Her sessions combine practical tools, playful exercises, and deep insight, guiding participants to trust their inner voice, gain clarity, and step into transformative shifts with confidence and joy.
Tara is an experienced professional musician, music teacher, vocal coach and sound therapist who qualified at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and studied with the International Sound Healing Academy. She has been performing and teaching music for over 20 years and sharing sound baths in and around Bristol and Wales for the past three years.
