What’s intuition, what will be mean to be more intuitive and how can I start working with enjoyment.
Exercises to tap into your intuition and feel into the positive energetic shifts this can have within.
Discussion on intuition, the struggles, the ego vs intuition and how to start separating the two.
Meditation for connecting with your Solar Plexus and hearing what guidance your intuition is trying to whisper to you.
Energy clearing to remove blocks associated with your intuition and enhance your energy so you feel more empowered to connect and work with your intuition.
You will also receive a recording of the workshop so that you can continue to go over areas that resonated, or redo the meditation to further support your connecwith your inner guidance.
