How many people will attend?

There is a limitation of 12 spaces. If you can’t attend, please let us know ASAP so someone else can take the spot.

What do I need to bring or wear?

Wear comfy clothes and bring a notepad, pen, and water bottle. Blankets and mats will be provided but if you would like to bring your own please do.

Will there be food provided?

Yes, there will be snacks and a yummy vegeterain lunch. Please let us know if you have any food intolerances or allergies.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course, make sure they book their space due to limited numbers.

What time do I need to arrive?

The event starts at 10 am, please arrive at least 15 mins before.

Is there parking at the location?

Yes, we have at least 8 spaces available at the Retreat. If it's full you can park at the layby, bottom of the lane.

Do I need yoga experience?
