Are there any artistic abilities required?

Accepted Answer

No artistic abilities whatsoever are required. Art will be used as a means of personal expression to communicate feelings, rather than aiming at products to be judged by external standards. This means of expression is available to everyone, not just the artistically gifted.

What's the session format?

Creative Life Coaching is an art-based process based on:
	• Recognize - grow your self-awareness, release self-judgment
	• Reflect - raise your awareness of  where you are in the journey
	• Reimagine - play with the future by forward framing
	• Respond -  shifting from knowing to experimentation

Question 4

What are the themes of the sessions?

Accepted Answer

I will facilitate the group with a range of creative techniques to trigger your imagination such as:
• Storytelling
• Metaphors
• Guided Visualizations
• Random pointers/words

Question 5

What to expect?

Accepted Answer

There will be 1 exercise only for each session, each drawing will be shared with the group for discovery and you will be invited to share your experience and to receive feedback from the group.
You will keep all your drawings as tangible, visible, and memorable artifacts of your experience.

• Note Coaching is not therapy, it’s all about being fully present and moving forward in your life.
• Fun! Yes, learning with a good laugh and a sense of humour makes it enjoyable and more imaginative
