Are there any artistic abilities required?

No artistic abilities whatsoever are required. Art will be used as a means of personal expression to communicate feelings, rather than aiming at products to be judged by external standards. This means of expression is available to everyone, not just the artistically gifted.

What are the themes of the sessions?

I will facilitate the group with a range of creative techniques to trigger your imagination such as: • Open-ended questions base on the group conversation triggered by art • Metaphorical thinking

a relaxed atmosphere, no judgment with free-flowing activities
