Join us for a breakfast briefing at Edinburgh Napier University.

Edinburgh Napier University’s School of Computing offers a range of Executive Master’s courses for organisations looking to upskill their staff and professionals looking to develop new skills and advance their career. Alistair Lawson is an Associate Professor in the School of Computing. His teaching is in the area of robust scalable systems development and in data integration, data analytics and applications development. His extensive experience of Research and Knowledge Exchange projects includes the application of Data Analytics and Systems Development in the areas of Finance, Health and Wellbeing, Speech and Language and Information Sharing.

Pritam Chita has worked in industry as a senior project manager and as a project management consultant with extensive public and private sector experience. Recently, he was seconded for a year to the Scottish Government as a project and programme management consultant. He is a certified PRINCE2 and Agile PM trainer. His main area of research is in project management learning and development.

Campbell MacCormick is a technology Vice President at Morgan Stanley, working as a Product Manager in their Enterprise Security team. Having completed a BSc in Computing at Napier in 2000, Campbell embarked on a career in infrastructure support in the Financial Services industry, progressing to head of infrastructure and user support for Morgan Stanley’s Glasgow and Dublin locations. After considering a number of post graduate courses, the academic content and work-based learning delivery model drew him to the Executive Masters programme at Edinburgh Napier, starting his course in 2016. Three years later, after a career defining project, change of position and successful Masters experience, Campbell reflects on his academic experience, discussing what it brought to him both personally and professionally.
