Investigating Owl Pellets - The Eling Experience
Tue 15 August 2017, 10:30 – 11:30 BST
After last year's brilliant Exploring Minibeasts activity, we're bringing Natural Selection Learning back for another great natural science workshop! Using real owl pellets* and equipment, investigate what owls eat by identifying the bones in their pellets. Lasts 1 hour; suitable for 6+ years. (*Pellets are parcels of undigested food which owls regurgitate). As this is a family activity, we ask that adults stay and enjoy it with their child/children. Numbers are limited and all participating children require a free ticket; accompanying adults do not need to book tickets.
