Given that these responsibilities fall under strict regulatory requirements, having the knowledge and skills to get them right is essential.
Yet, like many aspects of managing a children’s home, formal training on how to conduct thorough, fair, and compliant investigations is often lacking. Delivery - The virtual classroom is hosted on Zoom. Participants need access to a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, a quiet and private space to join from, and to have made sure they can access Zoom.
