This session is interactive and includes loads of examples and suggested templates. We will look at the pros and cons of different investment sources as well as how to appeal to your chosen investors.

Workshop length: 3.5hrs (including break)

Speaker - John Cooke
John Cooke has worked in the IT industry for over 22 years, including with IBM and Microsoft. He was in Microsoft’s first UK Internet team and was one of the first 100,000 people to use LinkedIn. John has launched two technology businesses, is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, business development specialist and a mentor to the founders of technology start-ups at Innovation Birmingham’s campus and University of Birmingham’s BizzInn business incubator.
