This event will be delivered in the form of a workshop covering the following aspects of the revised Investors in People (IiP) Standard v6:
- An overview of the revised Framework for IiP - structure, rationale, differences
- Detailed 'walk through' of the Principles, Indicators and Guiding Evidence
- Consideration of what activities would need to be in place to demonstrate the expected performance (where participants can bring with them the relevant information and examples that will enable them to relate discussion of this aspect to their own organisation)
- The assessment process
- Practical consideration of what to do to prepare
- Next steps
Participants will be expected to do some pre-workshop preparation. The details of this will be emailed to all those attending 2-3 weeks before the date of the event.
This workshop will be facilitated by Jonathan Saunders of the Delta Group, an experienced consultant. Jonathan offers business planning, business strategy, marketing and sales, financial and commercial management to a wide range of clients. These clients operate within construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors; are garden centres and shops, nursing and care homes, retail and professionals, the Health Service and larger organisations such as DHL, RIAS, Zurich Insurance, Interserve, R & W Civil Engineering, Johnson Controls and local councils.
Jonathan is a qualified and experienced Investors in People Specialist, having advised currently around 300 clients to successful IiP recognition and assessed over 250 more.
