During Scottish Apprenticeship Week we invite you to attend our annual networking event for anyone involved in the recruitment, development or retention of young people in the workforce.

The event will offer valuable insights, actionable strategies and networking opportunities to learn from other organisations. It is all aimed at creating and supporting working environments where young people can thrive and contribute to the future success of your organisation.

What to Expect:

Panel Discussion: Gain insights from organisations including the National Trust and Cloch Housing that have achieved Investors in Young People accreditation. Hear how they’ve created a culture of excellence, supported young talent, and championing wellbeing within their teams.
Roundtable Discussions led by organisations including Robertsons Group, Action for Children, City Building and DYW Scotland: Collaborate with peers in engaging, interactive sessions on key topics including intergenerational harmony, psychological safety and reverse mentoring.

Networking Opportunities: Connect with other people managers and HR professionals, thought leaders who share a passion for developing the next generation of talent.

This free to attend event is a must-attend for those committed to creating cultures that inspire young people to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their organisations.
