Come and hear about our work with KPMG and how we helped them shift the way their Learning Partners have internal client conversations - enabling them to be more inclusive, authentic and challenging.
We will be joined by programme owner, Helen Buckwell, who will share how the nine month programme supported her team - helping them to move away from unhealthy approaches to conversations such as saying ‘yes’ to any demands, or going in as 'the expert' with all the answers; to more equal, honest and challenging conversations, underpinned by the principles of coaching.
Using a combination of facilitated learning modules, action learning/supervision and pre/post workshop reading and reflection, the results were enlightening for participants and are helping the team to make a real shift in the relationship they have with the business.
