About this event

Invitation: Lead from your whole-body intelligence

Discover new ways to improve your leadership from the inside out

Thursday, 24 September 2020 | 7:30 – 9:00 PM (CEST)

In these unprecedented times, with high economic uncertainty and the majority of our time spent in video calls, a new leadership style is needed. A style that leverages the collective leadership of your organization, and a style that connects our brains with the rest of our bodies.

Get acquainted with a new style of leadership through an interactive and energizing 90-min online session:

● We will engage you in several experiential exercises to integrate your whole-body intelligence – in head, heart and gut

● You will gain new insights about how your body affects your leadership

● You will experience the power of (building) online heart connection with all of us in remote locations

● You will notice how easy it is to express yourself authentically and with clarity, when you open up to your natural being and the full intelligence of your body

Learn how to use these insights creatively to your advantage and to the advantage of others.

Benefit from the opportunity to talk in a 20-min small group session to talk and brainstorm together about the large group experience, before we close out again in the large group.

This virtual session is facilitated by Roelien Bokxem from PresenceAtWork, who is specialised in Collective Leadership: an agile, embodied and systemic way of leading together.
