About this Event:
This is an opportunity for you to have an overview of the invoicing concepts and principles, updates of the continued development in this area and engage with our business owners and Customer Process Experts.
The training event is scheduled to run across two half days for both events being held in October 2021:
Monday 18th October 2021 (10:00am - 12:00pm)
- Introduction to Invoicing
- High level overview of each Invoicing Type
Tuesday 19th October 2021 (9:30am - 3:30pm)
A deep dive of each of the Invoicing Types:
- Amendment and Adjustment Invoice
- Capacity and Commodity
- DSC and Energy Balancing Credit Risk Management
- National Transmission System Entry Capacity
Our Customer Process Experts will be present on this session to answer any questions that you may have.
