Zainah Khan - Chakra Corporate Mental Strength Ltd

Chakra Corporate deliver Mental Strength Training Programmes designed to destigmatise mental health issues in the workplace and increase resilience to stress by equipping staff with the tools they need to combat mental ill health at the earliest stage. Chakra was launched in April 2016 by Zainah Khan, a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor who has worked in a number of corporate environments, including financial services and education, the experience of stress in highly pressurised teams which ultimately leads to low retention rates and absences related to poor mental health was the driving force in the birth of Chakra.

Now, in the corporate world, Zainah has delivered a wide variety of training programmes on a number of subjects you would associate with Mental Health & Stress Resilience; boosting staff performance and building a stronger culture in the work place. Clients such as Yorkshire Water, Leeds Beckett University, Lupton Fawcett Solicitors, Craven College Specsavers and the NHS have benefited from her unique training style which focuses on experiential and interactive learning.
