Grŵp bach croesawgar sydd hefyd yn rhoi cyfle i chi gyfarfod a chymdeithasu gyda mamau/rhieni/gwarchodwyr eraill.Naws y sesiynau yn ymlaciol gyda dim pwysau arno chi na'r babi.

This session led by Leri gives a broad introduction to baby yoga and massage techniques to support your baby's developmental milestones. Also an emphasis on parent/caregiver wellbeing.

These sessions are different to any other courses offered by Iogis Bach.

A small, welcoming group which also gives you an opportunity to meet and socialise with other mums/parents/caregivers.The sessions are relaxed with no pressure on you or your baby.

Suitable from 8+ weeks - up to active crawling.
