IOSH Safety for Executives & Directors online training course.

About this Event

We are approved by the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health to deliver the IOSH Safety for Executives & Directors online training course.

Health & Safety training is a powerful tool in the avoidance, mitigation and defence of personal injury claims and helps reduce the likelihood of prosecution by authorities such as the HSE (Health & Safety Executive). If you can demonstrate that you and your employees have the appropriate skills, your organisation is better protected.

Who Should Attend?

IOSH Safety for Executives & Directors (formerly known as IOSH Directing Safely)  is a one day online course for business owners or those with senior management and director level responsibility.

Employers have a legal responsibility for the wellbeing of their employees and anyone affected by their organisation’s activities. Attending this course is an excellent demonstration of that commitment.

What Will I Learn?

Delegates who complete this course will develop an improved understanding of the moral, legal and business case for adopting a proactive approach to Health & Safety and will learn essential skills in effective risk management. The course includes:

  • Identifying legal responsibilities.
