🕐 1pm: Refreshments & networking🕑 2pm: Workshop starts
Starting with an introduction for all levels of experience in AI & Digital tools, delegates will spend the afternoon learning how to:
- Create and use effective prompts for GPTs/LLMs
- Use the prompts they have made to create a bespoke Health and Safety Dashboard for their local, to National, to Regional, to Global business
- Explore that dashboard in a free App, that they can create without leaving Microsoft
- Design 2 visual assets that they can use in their new App
- Create an automated email for users of their App that is ‘on-brand’ for their business
- Automate a paper-based process, so it: turns digital, auto-populates an Excel sheet, sends a personalised email to an automatically defined user-list, and saves the submission automatically (with all of the attachments included!) into a dedicated digital folder on Sharepoint/Teams.
