IoT Servitization for SMEs

This free breakfast event showcases a two year case study with a London-based SME, Arcola Energy that resulted in a useful process that can aid SMEs to understand why to servitize their offerings, as well as develop a plan that can help them create a servitized offering, utilising Internet of Things technologies and capabilities. It is suited to manufacturers that may be looking to servitize their businesses and to those interested in the Internet of Things.
Researcher Courtney Thornberry will be presenting her work, which is one of the first studies that links servitization, Internet of Things and SMEs together in an applied, real world context.
