b. Any offensive, obstructive or rude behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the course and/or your periodic training hours will not be recorded with DVSA/IoTA where applicable.

2) If drivers do not have the relevant vocational entitlement, periodic training cannot contribute towards the issue of a DQC. A driver may also attend training if they present a non-UK driving licence issued by an EU member state or one of the following countries: Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Note: In order to meet JAUPT requirements, the course must be a minimum of 7 hours contact time (excluding licence checks, breaks and lunch) In order for a driver to be uploaded to be accredited with the Driver CPC hours they must complete the entire course.
