Correct. Lawrence is too lazy to organise that sort of thing, but has considerately chosen the venue and times such that you can enjoy the nearby hostelry - either beforehand where you might find him enjoying the 2pm-5pm Afternoon Deal or afterwards where you could offer him a few of your chips.

How can I save on parking?

We are close to MK Central station for rail and bus and we'll let you arrive a minute late if you want the free parking outside our event from 6pm. There is also 3 hours of free parking at Sainsbury's.

Arrive at 5:30pm if you would like to join Paula's optional tour of the MK:U Innovation Hub including the well-equipped maker workspace.

At 6pm Lawrence will briefly introduce IoTMK. We are users and makers (professional and otherwise) of technology products, be they physical, digital or virtual. Then we’ll quickly move on to our guest speaker…

Lee Varga is a long-time supporter of IoTMK and is going to give us his take on back-ups. We might all have ideas about what is a good strategy, but do we carry them out?

At 7pm, we’ll cross the square for ‘networking’ in the pub for as long as we all care to stay.
