Description

Please book your configuration appointment for pre-owned iPads only.

You can bring the iPad in anytime between 9am and 1pm, please bring it into the Senior School Reception.

Please allow 10mins to drop the iPad off, to complete a form and for us to check that the iPad is ready for configuration.

To prepare your iPad for configuration:

  • Please ensure that you backup the iPad up to a PC or iCloud.

  • Ensure that any photos also are backed up.

  • Please ensure that you are happy that the data is all secure.

  • It is very important that Find My iPad is turned off

The iPad will need to stay in the department for a number of hours and sometimes this means that we keep it overnight. You will be called when the iPad is ready to be collected.
