The aim of this workshop is to give new MPs and their staff confidence in using IPSA’s expenses, finance and payroll system, IPSA Online. If you are an experienced proxy, or work for a returned MP, please be aware that these sessions are designed to help brand new staff or new proxies to learn the IPSA expenses system.
The workshop is approximately two hours.

By the end of the session you will:
- Understand how to navigate the system and find help when you need it
- Carry out the most common expenses processes
- Use the Phone app for mileage and claims
- Carry out day to day Payroll and staffing processes
- Run reports and use the Dashboard to find out your financial situation
Location: these sessions will run virtually using Microsoft Teams until further notice. We will send invitations on the day of the event to the email address you give when you register on Eventbrite.
