David is a development consultant with over 25 years’ experience delivering residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use regeneration schemes across the UK. He advises both public and private sector clients on viability, compulsory purchase, and development delivery, and sits on the Regeneration and Urban Development Committee of Revo.
