Clubs which have applied for affiliation for the 2022/2023 season are invited to attend the IABA EGM on Saturday, August 13th, at 5.30pm.
The EGM will take place in the National Stadium, Dublin.
Clubs who have applied for affiliation for the current season may register two delegates to attend the EGM – one voting delegate, and one non-voting delegate. Delegates must be verified club members over the age of 18, meaning, they must be named in the club’s application for affiliation for the current season.
The purpose of this EGM is to consider the following motion:
“That Articles 5 and 73(e) of the Articles of Association of the Company Constitution be amended to replace the word “State” with “Island of Ireland.”
