We’ve brought together two of our favourites. The award-winning Echlinville Distillery and small-batch chocolate maker Monto Chocolates for a tasting that’s full of unexpected pairings and rich, warming flavours.

Think smooth spirits, standout Irish cheese, and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. All woven together with good stories and great company.
