Join Our IR(ME)R Practitioner and Operator Course for Nuclear Medicine!
We are pleased to be running an in-person course suitable for those acting as operators or practitioners in Nuclear Medicine.
This is a whole day course, consisting of a mixture of taught and practical elements. We will cover Schedule 3 of IR(ME)R to provide the elements of theoretical "Adequate Training" relevant to staff acting as operators in nuclear medicine. It will be suitable for all staff including Radiographers, Clinical Technologists, Physicists or Nurses.
Our course is taught by experienced staff working in Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Safety and will include lectures from Clinical Scientists, Radiation Protection Advisers, Radioactive Waste Advisers, Medical Physics Experts and Radiographers / Clinicians.
