All clinicians except GPs.


Objectives

After attending this webinar, you will be able to:

  • Outline the components of a Full Blood Count (FBC) and explain its significance in primary care.
  • Identify how iron deficiency anaemia can be detected through blood tests and recognise when to consider other types of anaemia.
  • Describe the clinical implications of FBC results that suggest potential iron deficiency anaemia.
  • Summarise the importance of early identification and management of iron deficiency anaemia for improving patient outcomes.
