What is deepWORK®?
deepWORK® is a barefoot, powerful athletic training with the aim to be able to use your body freely without any limitations in every dimension.
(Based on the Far-Eastern philosophy completed with the Western European science: principle of yin/yang; tension-relaxation; strength-endurance, etc.)
The movement patterns and the sport specific exercises of deepWORK® have been designed to allow as many different muscles to work in perfect harmony as possible with extremely high energy consumption (700-1200 Kcal/hour).
Alongside the inter- and intramuscular co-ordination, exceptional attention is paid to the improvement of deeper, stabilizing muscles that ensure safe movements, therefore creating a perfect basis for real functional training.
What is HOT IRON®?
After using our body as a resistance, it is time to learn how to handle and work with barbells professionally. To be able to build a healthy and strong body & mind, we need extremely stable fundamentals.
HOT IRON® classes are based on strength-endurance, which means that each exercise is repeated 40-50 times linking the development of strength enhancement and cardiac systems together.
This results in improvement of the heart and the circulatory system, muscles become tired later, increased load carrying capacity, the entire body learns to recover faster, increased ability to concentrate due to the training of nervous paths, which is essential to be able to move on to the IRON CROSS® classes.
What is IRON CROSS®?
IRON CROSS® is a combination of several modern training methods where movements are inspired by a number of different types of sports and are selected based on functional and scientific criteria (i.e. uchimata press-up, windmill, one-legged dead lift).
The one hour long session gets the entire body moving, triggering a hypertrophic effect in the muscles, which keeps the whole body in continuous work for 72 hours after training.
This means 72-hour fat-burning for women, and it translates into 72 hours of muscle building for males due to their higher levels of testosterone. On this basis, it can be claimed that IRON CROSS® is currently the uncrowned king of all body shaping group classes that can help achieve the dreamed figure with unprecedented effectiveness.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Please bear in mind that Roko Chiswick Bridge is an adults only club (over 18).
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Absolutely, just please send us an email with the name of the participant.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, otherwise please bring a photo ID with you.
What is the refund policy?
We are happy to cancel and refund you registration 10 days before the event, however after that we will charge you the full price.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Absolutely, however we will ask the attendee to fill out a quick registration form.
