Are there any discounts for children?

Children UNDER 12 YEARS GO FREE! The tour is not specifically aimed at children but no doubt older children and young adults will find it informative. Children Under 12 years old must each be accompanied by a valid  ticket holding adult in order to join free. Children must be accompanied by an adult

What is your Refunds Policy

All tickets bought for this tour, either online or in person are non-refundable. Only in exceptional circumstances will we consider issuing a refund, for example if a tour is cancelled by us.

What if the weather isn't good?

Accepted Answer

Our tours usually take place rain or shine. Please ensure that every member of your party is aware of this and ask them to dress according to the weather forecast. Adverse weather alone does not constitute an appropriate reason for you cancelling. If we cancel, we refund.

What is your Health and Safety policy?

Our guide is very experienced in looking after each one of our visitors and does endeavour to warn you of any possible risks. All tour participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout each tour. We ask that you pay attention when crossing roads, climbing steps etc.

Do you make unscheduled changes to the tour?

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to any tour, or part of a tour, should circumstances beyond our control dictate. We will contact you if there are any major changes to a tour and will offer you the option of either switching to another tour date or receiving a full refund.

Do you tolerate disruptive behaviour?

Accepted Answer

We reserve the right to refuse participation in a tour to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or is spoiling the enjoyment of a tour for other tour participants will be asked to leave the tour. No refunds will be given should this happen.

Can anyone use your marketing materials?

It is illegal to use any of our photos, logos or other promotional material without the prior permission from Ironbridge Gorge Walking Tours. We will take strong legal action to anyone that uses material without prior consent.
