We are delighted to announce that Dr Chris Wright, of ‘RedPharm Communications’ will be our key note speaker for this event.
Chris Wright is the founder of RedPharm Communications which provides technical communications to the FMCG, healthcare, technology and engineering sectors.
Chris is a graduate from the University of Leeds with a BSc, PhD and MBA, and specialises in scientific communications. His MBA dissertation researched the effect of email on worker performance and productivity.
Email is marvellous….it is very easy to use, can be accessed 24-7 from all four corners of the globe provided you have Wi-fi coverage or 4G connection. It is therefore no surprise that email is the preferred business communication tool with some 98% of all business-to-business communications being done via email. However, research estimated that employees spend between two and four hours per day managing their email (i.e., up to half their normal working day).1 This talk will offer simple techniques that can be used by everyone to better manage their emails and free-up hours in the work day to help improve productivity in the workplace.
