Description
This unique session is presented by this dynamic duo Alison Blackler and Gemma Roberts.
Alison & Gemma started a project collaborating and they are asking ‘is laughter the best medicine?’
We all know laughter can be therapeutic, but is it really? Could it help businesses be more productive? Could industry benefit from laughter in the work place ?
Here Alison & Gemma have created a taster workshop to explore this theory and hopefully put it into practice in the future.....
So whether you are an individual or a business looking for something new and innovative to address negativity, conflict or lack of well being, this workshop is for you.
About the presenters:
Gemma is a working mum of one, a wife, a stand up comedian and a radio presenter. At 40 Gemma made some drastic changes she gave up a career in dentistry and has worked hard to carve a path in stand up comedy and radio. Thus far she has performed stand up all over the country, is about to embark on her first solo show and debut at Rhyl comedy festival.
Alison is a highly experienced coach, facilitator and speaker. She has studied and worked with people and their behaviours for over 20 years. She uses a creative set of theories, models and tools to support people and teams to be their best. Alison has a both engaging and supportive approach to bring the most anxious person into a new comfort zone for themselves. She beliefs that adults find themselves being too serious and was delighted to be able to link her work to that of Gemma’s.
Gemma loves making people laugh and was interested in how it affects people and brightens their outlook... then she met with the brilliant Alison from 2minds....
