What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Public transport is the preferred option when travelling to Oxford. There is very little parking available.
Oxford Station is well served by the national rail networks.
The Oxford Tube bus service is available from London, Hillingdon & Lewknor.
There are various park and ride sites locally.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. However you may transfer your ticket (see above).

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. Please let us know at least four working days in advance if you wish to change the name of the attendee.
