Katie Day and Dr Roger Prentis - RDP International

Katie is one of the key voices in the UK on all matters midlife and the menopause.Her new book, No-one to fall back on, behind every successful woman is herself’ was released at the end of October 2018. She is on the board of trustees of the charity Wayfinder Women and a Director of the Foundation for International Collaboration. Roger has a background in mental health, consultancy & training. His passion is to help people and organisations realise more of their potential and is an expert on how men can master their midlife and how organisations are affected by changes for all their people, regardless of gender.

Doug Strycharczyk and Prof. Peter Clough - AQR International

Doug is the CEO for AQR International - recognised as one of the most innovative (& fast growing) test publishers in the world, working in more than 80 countries. Professor Peter Clough is a Chartered Sport & Exercise psychologist and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Peter was Head of Psychology at Hull University and his main research interests are in performance in high pressure environments, more specifically in Mental Toughness. Whilst at the University of Hull, Peter initiated a programme of work which led to the development of the 4Cs concept for Mental Toughness – published in 2002 and now comfortably the most widely adopted description of Mental Toughness globally.
