Event description

Description

Could the social enterprise way of business help you to achieve your goals? How do you go about it? And what are the limitations?

It was identified in the latest Scottish social enterprise Census 2019 that there are over 6,000 social enterprises operating in Scotland. Who are they and what do they do? Why do some people choose this model of business?

Come along to this learning session to find out more, this will be an interactive group session during which you'll get the opportunity to explore how to create a social enterprise.

If you'd like to find out more before the session you can read some social enterprise case studies here.

Susan is an enterprise facilitator for GrowBiz and has a wide knowledge of the third sector and social enterprise frameworks. She was chief executive of the Dundee Social Enterprise Network and for over 25 years has worked in a range of roles running and supporting rural businesses and social enterprises.
