His experience and insight with regards to the challenges faced by organisations in the blended space of cyber security and risk is second to none. He is an accomplished communicator on enterprise risk, cyber security and physical security and has commented extensively in the media. Vlissidis also led the cyber team for the popular and well-reviewed Hunted series on Channel 4.

Paul Fennemore has held C-level international roles in the areas of consulting, marketing and business development with blue-chip and venture funded start-ups.
An architect of digital change, he is responsible for and passionate about driving business goals using customer experience strategies and advanced digital marketing technology. An accomplished publisher, he is an associate lecturer at Oxford Brookes, Post Graduate Business School.
- Alex Butler – Freelance Consultant
Alex Butler is able to influence at every level - from technologists to C-Suite. A marketer and digital strategist at heart, she has held senior roles at the heart of government as the digital policy lead, at General Motors, M&S, Cable & Wireless, BT, Argos and the BBC.
Butler was the first executive director at Directgov with responsibility for the service proposition and for bringing more than 3,000 government websites and services into one citizen-facing service and one of the authors of the Transformational Government Strategy.

Based in New York, Greg Verdino is managing partner at Content Consultancy Verdino & Co. Author of microMARKETING and a regular international keynote speaker on the subject of digital transformation. Before starting at Verdino & Co in 2011, Greg was executive vice president at social business firm Dachis Group, which counted BIC, Citibank, Fidelity, Nestle and others among its clients. Having led strategy for a host of global businesses, Verdino is a trusted voice on the topic of transformation having spoken at more than 150 business events on five continents.
- Tim Sparkes - Hudson Group
As a business psychologist specialising in talent management assessment, Tim Sparkes has led projects from Nigeria to India and across Europe, to drive global and local talent transformation. As part of Hudson’s Digital Transformation service, he has recently developed the first individual-focused mindset measure for the business/ digital context, PULSE MINDSET™. He gained his doctorate in applied psychology from the University of Oxford and is an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society. Sparkes’s talk will focus on the importance of mindset in today’s business transformation environment and, specifically, how it relates to selection, development, team alignment/formation, and organisational mapping in a world that won’t stop changing.
- Allie Johns
Allie Johns specialises in consumer behaviour and specifically why/what motivates us to interact with media and technology, in particular, what persuades customers to engage, purchase and/or change behaviour. An associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, she completed a study for the BBC in 2016 into viewer engagement with interactive TV, which was selected for publication by the world-renowned Association of Computing Machinery along with a presentation at the ACMTVX2016 in Chicago. With vast brand experience and former roles at British Airways, Airtours and Stagecoach, Johns will focus on why we, as creators of digital experiences, need to keep pace if we hope to keep the interest of tomorrow’s customer.
