Is your posture giving you pain?

Poor posture can lead to migraines, neck, lower back, hip, knee and foot pain. In this course we will work through a series of exercises that target the deep postural muscles in your abdomen, pelvis and back - creating a strong centre to move from.

With Pilates you improve strength, flexibility and you increase your range of motion in your joints.

Pilates movements are slow and controlled and put minimal impact on your joints. The exercises challenge your coordination and improve your balance and reduce stress.

You will learn to give full attention to each movement using the six Pilates principles: concentration, precision, control, centering, breath and flow.
