Is your teen's sleep a dream or a nightmare? (For Parents of teenagers)
April 1st
6.00pm - 6.45pm
Teenagers' sleep requirements are different to any other stage of life. They are different because they genuinely need more sleep than adults; this is because they are going through puberty. There are significant physical and emotional changes that are happening to them and they need sleep to help deal with them. Teenagers are odd because they do genuinely need to go to sleep later than adults. There is an actual shift in their biological rhythm, we don’t know why this shift has evolved, but it exists. In this webinar, Dr Neil Stanley focuses on how you can better understand the sleep needs of your teenager and how to support them.
