Haelo are pleased to invite you to the graduation of the second cohort of the Improvement Science for Leaders (IS4L) programme.
At the graduation, we will celebrate the success of teams in developing improvement science knowledge and skills and delivering improvement projects.
You’ll also hear from an alumnus; to learn about what can happen next after the IS4L programme and to challenge your thinking for taking your improvement work, and knowledge, even further.
We’re also privileged to be joined by an expert speaker, details are currently being confirmed but we’ll be able to send out this information shortly. The guest speaker will be linking your improvement work to other challenges and contexts, before joining our topical panel discussion.
Throughout the day, teams will report out on their learning and application of improvement science to their projects. We ask you to bring your project sponsor with you to hear, and perhaps be a part of, your presentations.
An agenda will be made available in advance of the event.
09:30 – 10:00 Arrival
10:00 – 16:00 Graduation (including lunch)
16:30 – Close
