IS4L Cohort 2 Workshop 3

Dear IS4 Leaders

Here is the invitation to the third and final workshop of the programme.

In this workshop, we’ll be introducing new subjects and building on topics covered in previous workshops, including planned experimentation (factorial design); the use of film for engaging and building will for change and sustaining & spreading the gains of your improvement projects.

Preparation

You will not need to submit a monthly report in February, instead you will have 10 minutes to present your progress at the workshop. Please complete the workshop 3 presentation template and return to is4ac.haelo@nhs.net by 1 February.

If you have a smartphone or a tablet, please bring it with you (as well as its charger/data transfer USB cable) for our film making session!

Each day will begin with coaching time from 8.15 am, with the workshop starting at 9:00am. We will book coaching slots for teams during breaks on day one.
