About this event

Wednesday 19 May – 12:30-1:30pm BST

The Future of Jobs Report by the World Economic Forum highlighted that the "double-disruption" created by the pandemic and adoption of new technology has resulted in demand for new skills including active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility. As part of Employability strategies, universities are looking at ways they can support career adaptability by helping students to develop these attributes.

In this webinar led by ISE Chief Executive Stephen Isherwood, Abi Parker, Account Director from Cappfinity will share insight into the top sought-after strengths by global employers.

Ian Cleverdon, Employability Lead, Manchester Metropolitan University and Chris Tingay, Student Development and Student Leadership from University of York will explain more about the innovative strengths development work they are undertaking to support students as they prepare to enter a challenging job market.
