*This workshop will start at 6:30pm*
Leadership – and, let’s face it, making it through most days – takes courage. High expectations, busy schedules and the desire to do meaningful work can be positive, but they can also bring pressure. And when under pressure, our inner critic can pounce, feeding us self-doubt and sabotaging our confidence.
Even the most confident among us can struggle to manage the inner critic – that voice in our heads that wonders if we really have what it takes to succeed and whispers to us that it is only a matter of time before we are found out to be a fraud.
Thankfully, it is possible to tame our inner critical voices and manage self-doubt while building confidence. In this session, we will take a candid look at the less-than-helpful voices we carry in our own heads, and learn powerful techniques for putting them in their place.
Even if you consider yourself to be a confident person, this session will help you respond well when under pressure.
This session is part of the ISH Student Toolbox - a programme of free workshops.
