Come and enjoy a deeply restorative evening of sound healing, using planet and symphonic gongs and 174htz crystal bowl - these three potent instuments offer soothing frequencies to support nervous system calm, inner balance, and deep rest.

No previous experience is needed.

What to Bring:

A thick yoga mat or something soft and padded to lie on ( the venue has a hard floor surface so allow yourself to be as comfortable as possible when lying down)

A blanket (or two )for extra comfort and warmth

A small cushion or pillow

Water to stay hydrated

Optional: an eye mask

Please note: Considerations and Suitability

This sound bath involves immersive multi layered vibrational frequencies from gongs and other sacred percussion instruments.

Gong Baths are not be suitable for those individuals who:

• Have a pacemaker or metal implants
• Experience sound sensitivity or wear hearing aids
• Are living with epilepsy
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
