Get your tickets for the Isle of Ely Produce Open Day 2024! It is the FREE event for both friers and suppliers to the Fish & Chip Industry.

Join us on Sun Sep 15 2024 at the Farm in Ely, Cambs for a FREE fun-filled day of activities education and exploration. From 9:30 AM onwards, you will enjoy guided farm tours, interactive workshops, and delicious food tastings AND IT IS FREE FOR CHIP SHOP OWNERS MANAGERS AND YOUNG FRIERS TOO. Meet our Isle of Ely Produce and Chippy Chat team and learn all about our sustainable practices and high-quality products plus we will talk about the 2025 potato crop.

We will have some brilliant industry speakers lined up including National Fish and Chip shop takeaway award winners Ryan & Kimberley Hughes from the Ship Deck in Caerphilly, plus Field to Frier and Best Multiple winners Graham Kennedy from Bells fish and chips from Durham, Josette Foster from the NFFF doing a special Q&A with this years Drywite Young Fish Friers Finalists including winner Jamie Russo, plus Carol Hulme from multi award winning Finney’s Amlwch talking about her Gluten Free menu. Calum Richardson will tell us about his challenges and how Forked Up has helped him. Our special guest is NFFF President Andrew Crook who will introduce the day and also host some of the sessions too.

Potato wise we will have Agrico and Meijer on hand to let you try their latest varieties. We continue to trial Babylon and you will be served mini fish and chips for lunch as well as other treats and samples from our sponsors. The event is suitable for all levels of management and also young friers too. Maximum of 3 tickets per shop. FREE refreshments will also be served.
