I don't have a ticket and on the waiting list. Can I still turn up?

You can risk turning up but we will prioritise those with tickets if the swap is busy and capacity is full.

Can I give you more than 5 items?

If you turn up with more than 5 items we cannot take them for you, even if you don't want tokens in exchange. Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to take more than 5 items per person.

I am worried I will not find anything

You can always keep hold of you tokens for the next swap shop and we will honour them at any swap. Sometimes its swaps are a 'be there at the right time' situation!
